ITOL-Certificate

Our courses are officially recognised by International Tour Operators Ltd (ITOL). Upon successful completion, participants automatically receive the ITOL certification, which formally demonstrates their qualifications as tour guides.

The ITOL certification confirms that the course content meets international quality standards in tourism. The course covers essential practical topics for tour guiding, including tour organisation, professional guest communication, service quality and intercultural competence.

For aspiring tour guides, this certification provides clear added value by documenting their solid professional knowledge and highlighting their comprehensive training, especially in an international tourism context. Even for experienced guides, ITOL accreditation serves as a powerful endorsement of their expertise, validating their established skills with a formal, globally recognized credential that sets them apart in a competitive market.

Combining our course with the ITOL certification enables participants to gain an additional recognised qualification, facilitating entry into the tour guiding profession and strengthening their profile with potential employers.

Essential tour guide skills

As a tour guide, you’ll need to be:

Communicative: Effectively share knowledge and engage with tour groups.
Flexible: Adapt to changing situations and diverse groups.Reliable: Ensure each tour runs smoothly and on schedule.

Our 50/50 deal

You will receive 50% of your conducted tours for u s in the months May to September. It will be credited with £50,- per completed tour.
