As the managing director and owner, 
Ben leads with both passion and experience, often stepping back into the role of tour guide himself—especially for his favourite tour in Cornwall, where the cool climate is just how he likes it. When he’s not guiding, Ben is busy running our training courses or representing us at international trade fairs and events. His hands-on approach keeps him connected to every aspect of the business.
