ITOL certificate.
Our courses are officially ITOL-certified (International Tour Guide Licence). On successful completion, participants automatically receive the ITOL certification that formally confirms their qualification as a tour guide.
The ITOL certification confirms that the course content meets international tourism quality standards and aligns with DIN EN 15565. The course covers key practical topics for tour leading — including tour organisation, professional guest communication, service quality and intercultural competence.
For aspiring guides, this certification adds clear value: it documents sound expertise and underlines a comprehensive education — especially in the international tourism context. For experienced guides, the ITOL accreditation serves as powerful confirmation of their expertise and helps them stand out with a globally recognised credential.
Optionally, the IHK certificate "TourGuide International Reiseleiter IHK" is available for an extra fee.
